Kabalarian Name Theory

Ok, after reading Leigh's last post - I had to plug my name in to the Kabalarian Name thingamajig.

Here's what it says about the name, Stacey:

Your name of Stacey has created a practical, responsible, stable nature, and you desire to direct the efforts of others rather than to take order or ask permission.

Hmmmm. Sounds just a tad familiar - doesn't it? I would rather tell people what to do than listen to someone else tell me what to do. I guess that's a good thing??? No? Yes?

You have a determined, self-reliant, capable nature and resent any interference, although in your desire to help you are inclined to become involved in the lives and decisions of other people.

Oh hayl yes! I'm seriously wondering if my life is bugged by tiny Kabalarian gnomes. I want to do everything myself, to a fault, but then sometimes I can come off as bossy.

You like to make your own decisions and to be the master of your domain. You feel a limitation in your own expression when it is necessary to reach another through tact and understanding.

Ok - Master of my own domain? Does anyone else remember THAT Seinfeld episode? Now this has an entirely new meaning for me....

Although the name Stacey creates the urge to be reliable and responsible, we emphasize that it causes a blunt expression that alienates others.

I do try to be reliable and responsible and it KILLS me if people think I'm otherwise. And I do agree that my bluntness may alienate people from me - like I intimidate them? Agree?? I do.

This name, when combined with the last name, can frustrate happiness, contentment, and success, as well as cause health weaknesses through worry, mental tension, and tension or accidents to the head.

This I don't get. How do you frustrate happiness? It sort of makes me sound like my first name rocks, but when combined with the last name, then I pretty much suck and even worse - I'm evidentally going to suffer some sort of accident to my head?? WHAT?? I don't want anything to hit me upside my head, accident or not! I'm afraid to leave this desk chair, should I suffer some psycho accident to my head. What exactly IS an accident to the head? Or have I already suffered the accident to my head, and I just don't realize it yet? Ooooo, that would be creepy.

Isn't it creepy?? It doesn't always work, though. I think Sid's is pretty far off.
