Cole: Mom, when can we go back to that ship? (He means the cruise ship we took to Alaska)
Me: I don't know, Buddy. But I sure want to.
Cole: Then let's go!
Me: Well, Mom and Dad don't have a ton of extra money right now so we're gonna have to wait a little while.
Cole: Why don't you send in your unwanted, unused, or broken gold for cash...fast?
Out of the blue from the back seat....
Cole: I sure wish I could have gone on that airplane.
Me: blink, blink, What airplane?
Cole: With you when you went to California.
Me: Oh, well I couldn't afford to take you with me because the plane tickets were too expensive. One day soon, ok?
Cole: Did you check Southwest?

I've always said that kid was destined for marketing greatness. 20 years from now, when we're all gathered around some table celebrating his promotion to VP of Marketing for Coca Cola (or Exxon or Walmart or Starbucks - take your pick), we'll remind him of all these hilarious tales!
him and his gold for cash! how funny! he's a smart one that coley moley!
Less than 2 weeks and Nana will be on a plane to see him. And I checked Southwest.
