I went to check in online for our flight tomorrow to AZ. Know what it showed? Our flight was for the 27th, not the 26th. When I called to ask what the deal was, they told me that I had called and changed the reservation from the 26th to the 27th. I must have done this in my sleep, I replied, as I have no recolection of doing this. Why in the world would I make a reservation to sunny AZ to visit my family at Christmastime, and then decide that I didn't want to go - I'd rather push it back a day? I told her that their system was incorrect that we're supposed to fly out tomorrow and she replied that I could pay the change in fare - a whopping $1013 per ticket.
I'm calling for all of my friends and family to boycott American Airlines. They suck.

I was JUST looking up flights from DFW to Orange County in research for SOMEONE'S possible travel plans in January and Continental doesn't fly direct. The only one of two airlines that does? American (the other is Alaska Air...what??) I just said, literally 5 minutes ago, "I'd rather fly with stops on Continental that nonstop on American because American is a miserable, worthless airline."
I love love love Continental. Not that that helps you right now. So so sorry they screwed up your plans. No worries - spend tomorrow doing something really fun, like sleeping in, breakfast at Cracker Barrel, shopping....Or, hop in a rental car and drive to Scottsdale.
